Eindelijk! Dit jaar kunnen we ons festival houden. Het openluchtfestival met live muziek, 50’s cars, bikes, record’s, stands, bier, etcetera. En dat allemaal gratis toegankelijk.

Vanaf 14:00 tot 23:00 kun je buiten en binnen genieten van allerlei rock & roll en rockabilly muziek. Live bands worden afgewisseld met Dj’s en er is weer een gezellige fifties markt met diverse fifties spullen, platenhandelaren, kleding stands en meer. Met consumptiebonnen kun je een drankje of wat te eten kopen.

Na 23:00 gaat het rock ’n roll feest verder tot 03:00 in het rock ’n roll cafe. De DJ’s draaien de lekkerste dansbare muziek om de dansvloer vol te houden. Be there or be square!

Programma D-Day #35

Bad Mess (NL)

Familiair faces in this band with loads of experience on stage. Their own rockabilly sound, mixed with rock ’n roll from the 50s will kick off D-Day #35. For sure, these guys will get the party started!

Tornado Beat! (NL)

Tornado Beat! is influenced by various 50s & 60s music and they will bring their own self penned songs. Make sure you don’t miss this powerhouse lady singer, Laurent the guitar picker, Mikkel blowin’ up a storm and smiley Jan & Eddie!

The Rhythm Shuffles

This will be their very first performance ever... as a new band. But don’t be fooled as we are dealing with very professional musicians. They will be the surprise act on D-Day #35, so don’t miss them. Authenticity guaranteed!

Lawen Stark & The Slide Boppers

These cats from Belgium have been around for quite some years and they know the score! Authentic rockabilly and rock & roll with Super Mario on lead guitar. Guy the Slim Slapper, Jean the Furious drummer and Rockin’ Laurent

Ronnie Nightingdale & The Haydocks

The band was formed in May 1982. They will celebrate their 40th anniversary at D-Day. If you don’t know these Teds, you have not been around long enough. They still kick ass on stage and we could not have booked a better band to give the big finale on our Rock & Roll outside stage. Teddy Boy Boogie!
